My name is Aya, and I am a food designer, a food lover, an innovation enthusiast.
ln my work, I deliver product and innovation solutions for the FoodTech and Corporate food industries. At home, I love to learn about low-tech food processes - this is where you can find me fermenting miso paste.
As one of the newest fields of industrial design, in a world of rapid development of novel foods, I aim to become a part of the change in our food systems without disrupting the deep relationship with what we eat.
